Diving is little bit complicated when compared to swimming and snorkeling. It will better for you to attend a training program before you start a diving vacation. Training should involve breathing techniques, equipments handling, how to connect it, how to mingle with depth conditions, how to get adjusted to swimming with the equipments and a brief lesson about water and diving with a trained instructor. Physical conditioning is an important factor in diving. Swimming skills you need will be the same as like snorkeling. Equipments for Diving

Diving is an adventurous sport and needs equipments for safety because there are chances of accidents during the course of diving. Equipments will differ according to the type of diving. Most of the diving equipments are costly and if you are a beginner it will be better to try your chances through rented equipments.
In scuba diving we need equipments like mask, snorkel, combo, diving suit, fins, an air tank, a device helping to float, and a regulator. Gloves will prevent you from sharp corals. For experienced scuba divers scuba computers will be helpful but for beginners it is not a necessity. Selection of suits also places an important role it will differ according to conditions. Dive in Maldives

The Maldives archipelago located 300 miles south west of the tip of the India and 450 miles west of Sri Lanka is the perfect spot to go diving. The deep blue seas of Maldives are filled with exquisite marine life. The breath taking, never before seen coral reef gardens and multi-colored fishes are appreciated by divers as these waters are extremely lucid even at about 50 meters from water surface. The Maldivian waters are also said to be at an ideal temperature of 25-30 degree Celsius, to go diving, thus Maldives is marked on world maps along with the other top dive destinations.
